As the wave of modern architecture surges in Central Asia, the demand for high-quality and environmentally friendly wooden doors is growing. With technological accumulation in wooden door manufacturing and active development of overseas markets, our company has successfully broken trade barriers, exporting batches of exquisitely crafted environmentally friendly wooden doors to Uzbekistan for the first time. This not only marks a new journey for the company in the Central Asian market but also sets a high-quality example for Chinese wooden doors entering countries along the "Belt and Road" initiative. The exported wooden door products include three series: solid wood doors, solid wood composite doors, and paint-free doors, winning high recognition from local builders and end customers with core advantages such as environmental friendliness, exquisite craftsmanship, and strong adaptability.
Environmental protection is one of the core competitiveness of our wooden door products. We have always adhered to the concept of "green production and healthy living," selecting high-quality cedar, oak, and other solid wood substrates from sustainably managed forests. All wood undergoes steam drying treatment, with moisture content strictly controlled between 8% and 12%, ensuring that the wooden doors are not prone to deformation or cracking under the arid climate conditions of Central Asia. The paint adopts EU E0-class environmentally friendly water-based paint, applied through UV curing technology, with no release of harmful substances such as formaldehyde and benzene. The VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) emission is far below international standard limits, and the environmental indicators fully comply with the requirements of the EU REACH Regulation, certified by SGS testing institutions. The door core is filled with honeycomb aluminum structure or solid wood grille, which not only ensures the sound insulation effect of the wooden door (sound insulation capacity up to 40 decibels) but also achieves a lightweight design, facilitating transportation and installation.
Exquisite production craftsmanship endows the wooden doors with long-lasting quality and beauty. From wood cutting, planing, and splicing to carving, polishing, and painting, each process is fully controlled by craftsmen with more than 10 years of experience. The wooden doors are spliced using mortise and tenon joints, paired with environmentally friendly solid wood glue, resulting in a stable structure with a service life of more than 20 years. The surface treatment undergoes 8 rounds of polishing, making the paint surface smooth and delicate, with a warm touch and uniform color. To cater to the aesthetic preferences of the Central Asian market, we have specially designed various styles such as simple European, traditional Chinese, and modern light luxury. We can customize carving patterns, size specifications, and color matching according to customer needs, and some products also incorporate local ethnic elements, making the wooden doors not only functional building materials but also carriers of cultural connotation.
To successfully develop the Central Asian market, the company has made thorough preparations in product adaptability and trade services. Considering the building standards and installation habits of Central Asian countries such as Uzbekistan, we have targeted optimized the dimensional tolerance, hinge mounting holes, and door lock opening specifications of the wooden doors to ensure perfect adaptation to local architectural structures. In terms of trade processes, the company has established a professional foreign trade service team, familiar with the customs policies, tariff rates, and customs clearance procedures in Central Asia, providing one-stop customs declaration, inspection, and transportation services for customers. For this first batch of export orders, we also arranged technical personnel to provide remote installation guidance and supplied sufficient vulnerable parts to solve customers' worries.
The successful export of wooden doors to Central Asia is an important breakthrough in the company's strategy of "deepening the Belt and Road and expanding emerging markets." In the future, we will take Uzbekistan as a starting point to further expand into neighboring countries such as Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, continuously optimize product design and service systems, and launch more wooden door products adapted to the needs of the Central Asian market. At the same time, relying on the company's one-stop building materials procurement platform, we will promote the combination of wooden doors with aluminum alloy doors and windows, fire doors, and other products, providing more comprehensive building materials solutions for overseas construction projects, and letting Chinese craftsmanship wooden doors bloom on a broader international stage.
