Does Omega 3 Fish Oil cause oily skin?

I've been taking Omega 3 Fish Oil for a few months now (2 pills as well) and I have really oily skin too. I have not really noticed any reduction in oil production nor have I noticed an increase in oil production. However, that will vary considerably from person to person, due to body chemistry. So, just because it has not stopped or at least "improved" the amount of oil that my pores are producing, it may do wonders for you. It is something really good to take for ''overall'' skin health, but I am not sure it will do anything for acne. It might though.Hmmm, maybe? I was taking Zinc (50mg) once a day, everyday, a few months back and my skin was in really good condition. My skin is and has always been excessively oily (something I inherited from my father), but I have not always had acne like I have been experiencing these past few months. I recently figured out that it was because I stopped taking Zinc. I just ran out of Zinc one day and forgot to buy some again (a mistake that I will never make again). I started taking Zinc again two weeks ago and my face has cleared up quite a bit since then. Zinc may be worth a try. Also Green Tea might do wonders for your skin. Drinking it (does not taste that great, but worth it) and also applying the tea and tea bags to your face for 10 - 15 minutes helps reduce the inflammation and redness caused by acne. Just microwave or boil some water for tea, let 2 - 3 Green Tea bags steep for five minutes, then take the tea bags out (set them aside) and put ice in the tea. While you wait for the tea to chill on ice, put the tea bags on you face for a few minutes. Then pour the chilled green tea on your face. Watch out, it will be cold. It helps take down the redness and swelling of acne. Green Tea makes a great toner. Maybe try Calamine Lotion and/or Aloe Vera Gel. Might not work, but may be worth it just to try. Well, Hope this Helps. P.S. - I've also heard people talk about L-lysine working for acne. I have yet to try it, but I will soon. EDIT: I forgot to mention that it's best to buy "caffeine free" Green Tea because caffeine can trigger acne outbreaks and oiliness of the skin. It's fine to apply regular Green Tea with the caffeine to the face, but best not to drink it. A lot of people have better luck with Green Tea extract pills than with drinking it.So that may be a better choice since it's probably more convenient and you wo not have the "grassy" taste of drinking Green Tea, which is rather unappealing.

The Biggest Oil Producers in the Middle East

The Middle East includes five of the top ten oil-producing countries and is responsible for producing about 27% of world production. While state-owned enterprises produce much of the oil, many international oil companies engage in oil production and related activities in the Middle East through joint ventures, production-sharing agreements, and other business models. Saudi Arabia produces almost 12 million barrels of oil per day and nearly 12% of world output. The country ranked as the largest oil producer in the decade from 2003 to 2012, after which it fell to second place due to surging oil production in the United States. Saudi Arabia remains the world's largest petroleum exporter. With proven oil reserves of about 337 billion barrels and relatively low production costs, Saudi Arabia should maintain its position as a top-three oil producer for the foreseeable future. Saudi Arabia's oil and gas industry is controlled by Saudi Aramco, which is controlled by Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources and the Supreme Council for Petroleum and Minerals. Saudi Aramco is mostly state-owned, but had an initial public offering (IPO) of 1.5% of the company in Dec. 2019. Meanwhile, although international oil companies do not participate in oil production in Saudi Arabia, several partners with Saudi Aramco in joint-venture refineries and petrochemical plants in the country-partners include Exxon Mobil, Royal Dutch Shell PLC, Sumitomo Chemical Co., and Total S.A. Iraq produces about 4.8 million barrels of oil per day and is the sixth-largest producer in the world. The country has achieved substantial production gains since 2005, two years after the start of the Iraq War. However, the country faces challenges that could limit production toward these goals, including political instability, continuing violence, and inadequate infrastructure. Oil production in most of Iraq falls under the control of the Ministry of Oil in Baghdad. The Ministry operates through several state-owned companies, including the North Oil Company, the Midland Oil Company, the South Oil Company, and the Missan Oil Company. In the autonomous Kurdistan region of Iraq, oil production is controlled by the local Ministry of Natural Resources. More than a dozen major international oil companies are involved in Iraqi oil production. U.S. and European oil majors include Exxon Mobil, Occidental Petroleum, BP, Royal Dutch Shell, and Total S.A. Other international oil giants in Iraq include China National Petroleum Corporation, known as CNPC; China National Offshore Oil Corporation, known as CNOOC; Malaysia's Petroliam Nasional Berhad, known as Petronas; and Gazprom Neft OAO. The United Arab Emirates (UAE) is a federation of seven emirates, including Dubai and the capital of the federation, Abu Dhabi. UAE produces just over 4 million barrels per day to rank as the world's seventh-biggest producer. Each of the seven emirates controls oil production within its borders. However, Abu Dhabi is home to most of the proven oil reserves in UAE territory and, thus, it has an outsized role in establishing the federation's oil policy. The state-owned Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) controls oil production operations in Abu Dhabi under the direction of the emirate's Supreme Petroleum Council. Most oil production in Abu Dhabi is organized under production-sharing agreements between ADNOC and international oil companies. Other emirates use similar production-sharing agreements and service contracts to organize oil production. Some of the biggest international companies involved in UAE oil production include BP, Royal Dutch Shell, Total S.A., and ExxonMobil. Iran is the ninth-largest oil-producing nation in the world, at nearly 3.2 million barrels per day, but the effects of economic sanctions placed on Iran have kept production levels below true potential. According to the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA), sanctions have had especially severe effects on upstream oil and gas investment, including numerous canceled investment projects. In July 2015, Iran came to an agreement with the permanent members of the U.N. Security Council and Germany on the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), in which Iran agreed to strict limits on its nuclear program in exchange for the removal of international economic sanctions. However, the U.S. withdrew from the deal in 2018, as former President Donald Trump fulfilled a campaign promise to exit JCPOA, which he labeled a "disaster" and the "worst deal ever." Then, in 2019, the U.S. imposed additional economic sanctions in response to a drone attack on an oil facility in Saudi Arabia, which U.S. officials blamed on Iran. Oil and gas production in Iran is controlled by the state-owned National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) under the direction of the Supreme Energy Council. While the Iranian constitution bans private or foreign ownership of the country's natural resources, international companies have historically participated in oil exploration and development in the country through buyback contracts, a contract model that does not convey equity rights to the international company. Kuwait produces almost 3 million barrels of oil per day, placing it just inside the top 10 oil producers in the world. It has maintained consistent production of between about 2.5 million and 3 million barrels per day, but, according to the EIA, Kuwait has been struggling to raise production to 4 million barrels per day during this period, falling short due to inadequate foreign investment and related delays in new oil production projects. The Ministry of Oil carries out oil policy in Kuwait through the state-owned Kuwait Petroleum Corporation and its subsidiaries. International oil companies have long been denied access to Kuwait because the Kuwaiti constitution does not allow foreign companies ownership stakes in Kuwaiti natural resources or the revenues associated with those resources. This means standard joint ventures and production-sharing agreements used in other countries are outlawed in Kuwait.

Although GPR has been widely used in hydrology, engineering, environment and other fields, many basic theoretical and technical problems have not been fundamentally solved, so the real advantages of GPR have not been brought into full play.The main problems existing in GPR technology include:1) The detection depth is shallow, and the contradiction between detection depth and resolution cannot be overcome. Increasing detection depth means sacrificing detection resolution;2) Multiple spread and other clutter jamming are serious, and there has been no good elimination method, which exists in radars at home and abroad;3) The influence of medium unevenness is great and can not be eliminated, resulting in difficulty in obtaining necessary velocity data;4) The data collection method of single sending and single receiving can provide limited information for post-processing and interpretation.The above problems are fatal defects for GPR. Although many geophysicists, electromagnetic experts and geophysical workers have done a lot of research and improvement on radar antenna design, signal processing and underground target imaging, these works are only partial modifications to the existing GPR system. In order to develop GPR technology, we must update our ideas and solve the problems from the fundamental principle.In view of this situation, experts proposed to develop a new GPR system - phased array GPR detection system in 1999.The basic research idea is to replace the current monopole radar antenna with the phased array radar antenna by using the relatively mature military phased array radar technology. Its purpose is to gather the electromagnetic wave into a narrow beam to transmit underground (or detection object) through the phased array technology, and receive the radar echo signal reflected by the target by using the multi-channel acquisition technology, The advanced data processing is carried out, and finally the three-dimensional image of the internal structure of the detection object is given.Development prospect of ground penetrating radar technologyIt is worth noting that at present, similar products have appeared in the market, such as RIS antenna array series of a company, but these products simply combine multiple monopole antennas into array antennas, which is essentially different from the idea of phased array ground penetrating radar.Because the phased array radar converges the electromagnetic wave into a narrow beam by controlling the phase delay of each channel, the energy is concentrated and the wave front diffusion is small. In addition, since the spherical wave transmission is changed to beam transmission, the influence of medium heterogeneity is much smaller.Secondly, the phased array radar works in a continuous scanning mode and can scan in multiple directions. Therefore, the amount of information is much larger than that of the existing ground penetrating radar. For some special detection work, such as the quality detection of embankment cut-off wall, its role is unmatched by the existing ground penetrating radar (monopole antenna radar can not detect the joints, forks and other defects of embankment cut-off wall at all).Because phased array radar is a multi-channel received signal, multi-channel superposition can be carried out, just like the multiple coverage technology of reflection seismic exploration. Therefore, multiple interference can be greatly eliminated, which is difficult for existing radars. The antenna of high frequency (600mhz-1ghz) phased array ground penetrating radar can be made smaller, and its advantages are unmatched by the existing ground penetrating radar in shallow detection.At present, the system prototype has been completed.
